Adult Therapy

When working with adults I have found a collaborative genuine approach to be best. I will work to create a sense of safety so that you can explore the patterns and behaviors that are being played out in your life that may no longer be serving you. We will together create a plan for treatment utilizing various approaches based on your presenting problem and personality. Most clients come 1x a week in the beginning and taper to bi-monthly and then monthly once they are managing things on their own. Typical treatment can last anywhere from 12 weeks and up depending on the circumstances and the amount of participation.
